About Me

Hello, I am Afsana Abrisham, a newborn nurse from Iran, Mashhad.

I am licensed as a lactation counseling center

I have from the province where I work, and due to my personal interest, I have been working
as a specialist in the field of babies and promoting and teaching breastfeeding since 23 years ago.

I am very interested in newborn babies and infants and I enjoy spending time with them and their mothers. I have two daughters named Arefe and Rehane and I feel that my clients are like my own children and I do my best to provide services. I want to be my best self to mothers and their new born babies and to update and specialize the services I provide, and I have many plans and ideas in this field that I would be happy to share with you.

Breast drainage in congestion refers to the process of removing accumulated milk and relieving engorgement in the breasts. It involves techniques such as hand expression, breast pumping, or breastfeeding to effectively empty the breasts and alleviate discomfort caused by milk stasis.
